Global Pharmatech, Inc. (referred to as "Global Pharmatech" or the "Holding Company") is a Delaware company. The company is currently listed on the NASD Pink Sheets market via a reverse merger ("RTO") in January 2005.

Global Pharmatech owns 100% of Jilin Natural Pharmatech Co., Ltd. ("Natural Jilin" or the "Company"). The Company’s core business to date has been licensing its R&D patents and technologies for botanical or biological medicines. Between 2001 and 2004, the Company successfully transferred 23 botanical medicine patents and technologies to well-known pharmaceutical manufacturers.

The Company is currently implementing its vertical integration strategy that has allowed it to produce finished medicines. This will enable it to substantially increase revenues and capture higher profit margins by 2005. Currently, the Company has 3 market-ready lead drugs and several products in the development pipeline across various therapeutic areas.

The Company's R&D center, one of the largest in China, employs 60 research professionals. This includes a team of scientists (12 with PhD and 21 with Master degrees) nationally well-known in medicinal chemistry, and pharmaceutical product development. The Company has over 6, 000 square meters of laboratory space with capacity for developing new botanical or biological medicines. The R&D center is compliant with the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards. The Company with Chinese government authorization possesses 30 China-registered patents and 6 trademarks. The Company is currently pursuing PCT patents for its products/technology in the next few months.

The Company also owns over 14, 533 square meters of production facilities, compliant with GMP standards and capable of producing 300 million capsules, 200 million tablets and 50 million bags of granule, 50 million oral liquid capsules and 200 tons honey pills per year. The production facilities commenced operations since February 2003, promising a much higher profit and revenue growth opportunity for the company.
