Biochem Pharmaceutical Industries was established in 1959 to manufacture quality pharmaceutical products in INDIA. It started with production of Hormones, Vitamins and Antibiotics.

Biochem was the first to introduce Ampicillin in India. Later on various semi-synthetic penicillin, Cephalosporin and Anti-Cancer products were introduced. As a progressive Pharmaceutical Company, Biochem has an established image of providing quality healthcare and also has a recognized place both in Pharma Industry as well as in the market.

Biochem is the sole licensee of Kyowa Hakko Co. Ltd., Japan for manufacture of Mitomycin-C Injections and marketing Leunase (L-Asparaginase) Injections since last 25 years.
