AristoCare is a comprehensive home health agency. We are dedicated to providing quality, reliable, and cost effective care to our clients and their families. All of our offices are locally owned and operated. Our Owner and Founder Dana Rambow, RN, is nationally recognized, specializing in Home Healthcare for over 20 years.

AristoCare provides professional staff, which is thoroughly screened, to clients in the comfort of their own home, hospital or facility setting. Our goal is to keep seniors living independently as long as possible, aging with dignity while providing a safe environment. Each case is unique so our care plan is individualized based on the client's needs. Our RN and Service Coordinator are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our flexibility in providing care, follow-up and communication is what makes AristoCare the agency of choice for many seniors.

Our Services :- Quality Care in the Comfort of your Own Home :- AristoCare and its professional staff is there to help you every step of the way. Our in-home support services and hands-on personal approach to every case help us to develop long-term and caring relationships with our clients. This results in the formation of a special bond, creating a comfort level for the clients and for their families. Your satisfaction is our priority. Whether you need respite, live-in, or 24 hour care, AristoCare strives to offer just the right combination of services to promote your recovery and/or independence in the most economical way. For Your Security :- Your safety is important to us. Each prospective employee undergoes a meticulous screening process, which includes: City, State and Federal Background Checks DMV Record Professional Reference Verification Credit History We look for previous experience in home care, and qualities such as sensitivity and compassion in our caregivers. Finally, we ask ourselves the question ?Would we want this caregiver taking care of a member of our family?? Supervision :- A Nurse Case Manager will visit your home on a monthly basis to ensure your satisfaction with our services. We offer one free hour of case management on a monthly basis to perform services such as: Review / Revise Aide Care Plan Medication Profile Revisions / Updating the Physician Plan of Care Should your needs require additional hours, arrangements can be made through our Case Management Services. All care is closely monitored by a member of the professional AristoCare Staff. AristoCare offers personal, in-home care and companionship that enhances and promotes a dignified, healthier and happier life. This is facilitated through the support of our qualified and nurturing caregivers and our nursing staff. Aristocare Benefits :- In addition to our high quality services, AristoCare relieves you of the liabilities, burdens and risks associated with being the employer of your home care provider. Some of the benefits are as follows: We take on the costs :- We take on the cost of advertising and time spent in interviewing, screening and hiring your home care provider. We do the billing :- We will verify and directly bill all potential Long Term Care or Indemnity Insurance policies for our services. We provide you with a simple, yet detailed weekly invoice and accept most major credit cards for your convenience as a payment option. We take on the responsibility of managing the employee's payroll and payroll taxes :- We minimize the liabilities associated with having home care personnel. We provide workers compensation, unemployment general and professional liability insurance and bonding, reducing your exposure to potentially costly employee claims. We become an extended member of your family :- AristoCare and its professional staff is there to help you every step of the way. Employment :- At AristoCare we consider our employees our most valuable resource. We set a high standard for delivering outstanding quality services, and this starts with having the highest quality employees available in our markets. Care Option :- AristoCare offers personal, in-home care and companionship that enhances and promotes a dignified, healthier and happier life for our clients. This is facilitated through the support of our qualified and nurturing caregivers and our nursing staff. Packaged Services Care :- Sunrise /Sunset Package : This two hour package includes your choice of meal preparation, bathing assistance, light housekeeping, laundry and transportation services. Live-in Package :- A caregiver resides in your home 24 hours a day, and is available for up to 10 hours of care per day. Separate living quarters, linens and meals must be provided for the caregiver. No more than 1-2 night-time disturbances for bathroom assistance may be requested. Care is usually provided by two qualified caregivers in a 3-4 day split. Should the caregiver replacement be required, hourly service may be necessary in the interim. Sleep-Over :- Caregiver sleeps at the clients home during the night. Caregiver must have suitable sleeping arrangements. Nursing Care :- Hourly Nursing Care Including but Not Limited to; Medical Treatments, Injections, Medication Administration and; Management (Medisets & Refills). Case Management :- For Clients who either do not have any family or who have family members that live out of state, we can manage the client's emotional, medical, and psychosocial needs. Regularly scheduled communication will be provided to the family. Hourly Care Options :- Home Health Aide/Certified Nurse Assistant :- Personal Care Assistance With Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Hair, and Skin Care. Transfer Assistance and Lifts Range of Motion Exercises Ambulation Assistance Catheter Care Complex or Specialty Care Available at Varying Rates Companion Care :- Companionship Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Laundry and Linen Change Medication Reminders Transportation For Errands, Appointments, and Shopping Watering Plants and Pet Care Hospital and Respite Care :- Relief for Family or Private Caregiver Weekend or Short-term Care, Holidays and Vacations Monitoring for Client Safety and Personal Attention During Stressful Hospital Stays Assisting Hospital Staff with Personal Care as Requested Bedside Companionship.
