Automatic Liquid filling & Capping GMP Model & Fully Automatic : Speed upto 60 bottles per minute, Automatic liquid level sensors to avoid over flow, Cordless remote stop facility in case of emergency, ROPP & screw is possible with interchangeable sealing heads. Jar Filling : Fill accuracy :Less than 1%, Tail cutting arrangement, Fills from 3 Grms. To 500 Grms, Belt less stirring device with speed controller. Semi Automatic Powder Filler : Fill Accuracy +/- 1%, Fill powder, granules, chemicals, Outputs upto 20 / 30 per minute, Fills from 5 Grms. To 1000 Grms, Optional load cell attachment to get more accuracy, Works through PLC on revolution counting principle. Paste Filling Machine, Silicone Filling Machine.
