Balsara's thrust on international operations and exports has resulted in rapid sales increases from global markets. Balsara International, the Group's international division regularly supplies a wide range of personal and household care products to 48 countries around the world.

In the Indian market, 60% of the Balsara Group's sales turnover of Indian Rs. 2 billion comes from Personal Hygiene Products (Promise, Babool and Meswak oral care ranges) and 40% is derived from Household Products (Odomos insect repellents, Odonil Air Fresheners, Sani Fresh toilet cleaners and Odopic dish washing products).

Balsara has a wide national sales and distribution system that makes products available in 10, 54, 000 retail outlets. The system is supported by a distribution network of 4 Zonal Offices, 13 Branches, 24 Regional Warehouses, and 1700 Distributors in 1500 towns.


Balsara International's flagship brand, Promise toothpaste, is marketed in 29 countries. Odomos insect repellents and Odonil air Fresheners have also met with international marketing success.

Balsara's international market product mix also includes natural and herbal products and Private Label brands.

Products :
Our product range consists of more than 35 plants, extracted in compatible media. Total Active Standard Extracts:-The standard products are extracted with aqueous systems and are water-soluble. Other solvents like Glycerine can be used if required. These extracts are standardized to contain uniform level of active constituents. Special Optima Grade Extracts:-These extracts are optimized for the required benefits for more cost effective applications. Oil Soluble Extracts:-The liposoluble products are extracted using vegetable oils, preferably in combination with Isopropyl Myristate as a standard medium. These products can also be supplied as Mineral oil extracts. Custom Made Extracts:-We produce specialty extracts designed to suit individual customer need. Herbal Complexes:-Our complexes are ready to use range of water-soluble herbal extracts combined synergistically for specific skin and hair care application. Oral Care Brands:-Babool, Promise, Meswak. Household Care Products:-Air Fresheners, Insect Repellents, Toilet Cleaners, Dish Wash. For Hospitality Industry, Insect Repellent, Country Specific Products.
