Baxcounsel Inspection Bureau is a leading international third party inspection and certification organization headquartered at Mumbai, India. We work closely with private as well as government owned corporations for quality control and assurance in core infrastructure development projects such as refineries, petrochemicals, oil and gas, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, fiber, atomic and nuclear power plants.

Highly selective regulatory bodies such as the department of explosives and ministry of railways of the Govt of India have approved Baxcounsel for inspection & certification of critical equipment.

We are ISO 9001:2000 certified for all our operations. Our team of engineers is highly qualified with expertise in stage wise inspection as per international codes such as IS, BS, ASME, TEMA, DIN, JIS, API, and NACE.

Our area of expertise includes design appraisal, scrutiny of drawings and design calculations for critical equipment. In addition, we provide basic and detailed engineering services, surveillance, vendor evaluations and stress analysis for piping as well as for pressure vessels. We execute expediting assignments during fabrication of equipment as well as for electrical and instrumentation items. We provide on-site quality control activities for cross country pipelines, mounded vessels, tankages, structural erections and on-site fabrication of large sized equipment. We also conduct ISO-9000, QS/TS certification.
